Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when an organization or user accesses the Comii platform.

Effective August 20, 2026
By accessing or using Comii, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Agreement and eligibility

Comii is a customer communication and engagement platform operated from Zambia. You must have legal capacity to enter into these terms and authority to bind any organization for which you use the service.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, enabling appropriate security controls and all activity performed through your workspace.

  • Keep sign-in details and recovery methods secure.
  • Assign users only the access required for their responsibilities.
  • Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Comii only for lawful, authorized communication. You must not send spam, deceptive content, unlawful marketing, malware, abusive material or messages that violate recipient rights, provider rules or applicable law.

4. Customer data and privacy

You retain responsibility for customer data submitted to Comii and confirm that you have a lawful basis to collect, upload, process and communicate with each recipient. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Communication channels

Email, SMS and WhatsApp delivery may rely on third-party networks and providers. You are responsible for approved templates, recipient consent, sender identity, message content and compliance with channel-specific requirements. Delivery times and outcomes can be affected by recipient systems and external providers.

6. Fees and billing

Usage charges, subscription fees and applicable taxes are governed by your selected plan, quotation or service order. Estimated website pricing is illustrative and may exclude provider charges, taxes, destination-based rates and negotiated volume pricing.

7. Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may maintain, improve or modify platform features, integrations and provider connections to protect security, performance and service quality.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where required to address non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, provider violations or a material breach of these terms. You may stop using Comii subject to any applicable agreement and outstanding payment obligations.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Comii is provided on an “as available” basis. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, recipient-side failures, third-party provider outages or misuse of the platform. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zambia. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
